HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel or amend your order please call (954) 372-6420 or email email@example.com, quoting your order number, as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any changes requested however, once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or amended.
WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?
We are pleased to offer free shipping within the United States. Orders will take 2-3 business days to process and will be shipped in accordance with the method chosen on the check-out page. Ms. Mischief is not responsible for any delays relating to destination customs clearance processes.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email from the method of shipping you have chosen. Using the tracking number and link provided in this email you will be able to track your order.
CAN I CUSTOM MONOGRAM MY PURCHASE?
At this time, we are offering monogramming services on our Signature Robe. The monogram will be located on the sleeve cuff. Please choose the color and font on the checkout page, or email firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Please contact us to authorize your return within 14 days of receipt of goods. You can contact us by email on email@example.com or call customer care at (954) 372-6420, please quote your order number and reason for return.Goods should be returned unworn, with all tags in place. A $8.95 fee will be deducted for shipping.All items should be returned in the original packaging if possible.
